Terms of use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of www.fixcard.io, run by FIXCARD (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Our products are provided under separate customer agreements.
About the content
We write this site to explain what Gyver does, and we work to keep it accurate. It’s general information, not advice for your particular situation, and it may change as the product does.
The example calls, job cards and figures on this site are illustrations of how Gyver works. They aren’t recordings of real customers, and the cost calculator gives estimates based only on the numbers you enter.
Our name and our work
FIXCARD, Gyver, Torque, the spark mark and the content and design of this site belong to us. You’re welcome to share links to it, but please don’t copy or reuse our content, names or marks without asking first.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or send us spam through the demo form.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from relying on its content or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
